Legal Policy: This document is not transferable, 2% service charge per month on invoices past due. If buyer fails to make payment of the total balance invoiced due to Deplus, the buyer agrees to pay all costs and expenses of collection incurred by Deplus as well as the maximum attorney’s fees permitted by law.

Return Policy: Returns after 15 days from the invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted in the same condition as purchased (not installed, new and unused in original packaging). *No returns on special orders or electronic parts.

Warranty Policy: We are not responsible for warranties, all goods are direct responsibility of their respective manufacturers, Deplus is not responsible for labor, your local contractor should supply your installation warranty. Deplus is not liable for costs or expenses incurred by you due to a malfunction of any equipment or part sold on our site. *Deplus don’t cover any additional warranty processing fee.

Liability Policy: Deplus is not liable for special, indirect or consequential damages resulting in any way from the furnishing or use of goods provided. Installation of HVAC equipment and parts must be performed by certified HVAC Technician.
